CUSTOMER RELATIONS ADVISOR (Posted 20th October 2017)

We're on the lookout for a customer relations assassin.

Key Accountabilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • To handle customer queries across different platforms, including: Social Media, Email and Telephone. 
  • Ensure all customer questions are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution. 
  • Set up a log of frequently asked questions and try to identify areas or opportunities for improvement.
  • Respond to answers left by customers on Hotjar polls. 

LIVE CHAT

  • Use of Zopim live chat to assist customers in ordering online.
  • Follow up customer service enquiries from live chat leads.
  • Create a log of frequently asked questions.

MANAGING ORDERS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Liaison with warehouse and logistics providers.
  • Customer order management.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Processing customer returns and exchanges.
  • Keeping record of returns and exchanges.
  • Daily cross check of stock availability and out of stock lines.

 KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Retail background desirable
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strongly motivated to build a career in ecommerce
