Noose and Monkey is committed to providing the best in customer service. Our terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and the conduct of the sales of retail goods to our customers. Website trading conditions are compliant with the English governing law of the UK Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000.
Once you have made your selection of product, click on the size you wish to purchase and add to your basket. Once you checkout, the stock is automatically allocated to your order. An instruction is sent to our warehouse to pick and despatch your order before 10AM Monday to Friday and your card is debited. Each stage of your order will be communicated by an email. Order despatch will contain a courier tracking number and link. We ask that you carefully check the information you have provided as being correct on delivery address. All prices are quoted inclusive of UK VAT at 20% and are exclusive of carriage costs, which are specified in the basket according to the service selected. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that the product details and prices are correct, any typographical or system errors in pricing will not be deemed part of the contract. Acceptance of the contract is made upon our despatch of the order and confirmed with our despatch email, which will be sent to the address provided in your account details. Noose and Monkey reserve the right to cancel any orders made showing an incorrect item or price. Your account details may be updated at any time through the “my account” section of the website. If there is a delay to your order, we will contact you within the time frame selected for you to receive your goods, to either agree a new delivery date, offer a substitution product, or to offer a full refund.
We offer a 14-day return policy for exchanges only on sale items. Any item purchased in a sale will not be valid for a full refund, only for an exchange or credit for the website.
Should you need to cancel an order for any reason, you may do so at any time prior to the goods being despatched. Any cancellation after goods have been despatched would be deemed a return. Noose and Monkey reserve the rights to cancel any order should it choose to do so.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, this must be received within 14 days of purchase, in a fully resalable condition. The garments must be complete with their original packaging and with their tags intact. We regret that any items returned that are not in a resalable condition or that have been worn, would be declined for refund and returned to you. All refunds will be inspected and refunds sent with 10 days of our receipt. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage with your returns. Goods remain the customers responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please see our Returns & Exchanges to find out more.
Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please fill out the form received with your original package and follow the insutrctions. This is the quickest way to secure your exchanged size.
Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards. If however, you have concerns that the product is faulty, please return detailing the problem. Once inspected by our quality team, any faulty products will be given a full refund inclusive of postage costs paid.
Please note that discount codes are to be used only within the premises that have been set up. Orders to be shipped within the UK that met the £150 price criteria will be granted free UKMail delivery (usually £6.00). The discount code 'CHIMP10' will grant £10 off your first order once an order total of £50 has been met. This can only be used on your first order. Abuse of this discount code, including using the code for an orders subsequent to your first order, will lead to your order being cancelled and refunded.

Noose & Monkey exclusively uses your personal details to provide service to you of order tracking and the ability to contact you by telephone. We would like to be able to keep in contact by newsletter, but respect that this is a personal choice, to which you may opt in or out at any time. We will store your details in the My Account section, so that add on purchases are quicker to place once your account is set up. We may occasionally share details with carefully selected partners. Should you wish to avoid this, you may unsubscribe or opt out of our mailing list.
