We offer a 14-day return policy for exchanges and refunds.

UK Customers

UK customers can use our free Collect+ returns service to send items back to us.

Simply click here to request your returns label, print it, attach it to your package, and take it to your nearest Collect+ store. Please keep your proof of posting receipt until your return is confirmed as received and processed by customer care.

Please note: the biggest package you can send on this service is 60cm x 50cm x 50cm and it must weigh under 10KG. Contact us if you need to return a larger package.

You must complete our paper returns form and place it inside your package. Please clearly state on your returns form which item(s) you would like to exchange or refund to avoid any delay processing your exchange/refund request.

International Returns

If you are returning from the European Union, Australia, USA and the Rest of the World, it is your responsibility to return your goods to us using a safe and secure service (the Collect+ service cannot be used outside of the UK). Please use a tracked or signature service that allows you to obtain a tracking number. We cannot refund the cost of return postage. Please be aware that returns can take up to two weeks (14 working days) for us to receive a return from outside the United Kingdom. Please keep your proof of posting receipt until your return is confirmed as received and processed by customer care.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be sent out between 1 - 2 working days after the returned item is received. If the requested exchange size is not available, you will be contacted and refunded for your purchase if a suitable replacement cannot be found. 

Please mark clearly on your return form which items you would like to exchange and which exchange size you would like. If this is not clearly stated there may be a delay processing your exchange.
