**UPDATE** - DECEMBER PURCHASES & RETURNS POLICY
Good news! We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2016.
Orders placed from 1st December 2016 through 24 December 2016 can be returned up until 31 January 2017 and are subject to our returns policy.
We offer a 14-day return policy for exchanges and refunds.
If you are returning from the United Kingdom, you can use our returns label, which you can find below, to return your goods to us free of charge. Simply place your item back in the package, secure it and place the label on. Then, take the package to the Post Office where they will dispatch it. Please be aware the returns can take up to a week (working days) to be delivered to us.
If you are returning from the European Union, or Australia and the USA, it is your responsibility to return your goods to us using a safe and secure service. The return label below cannot be used outside of the UK. Please use a tracked or signature service that allows you to obtain a tracking number. We cannot refund the price of return postage costs. Please be aware that returns can take up to two weeks (working days) for us to receive a delivery from outside the United Kingdom.
Please mark clearly on your invoice/packing slip that you wish to have an item refunded. If this is not clearly marked there will be a delay in processing your refund.
An exchange will be sent between 1 - 2 working days after the returned item is received. If the requested exchange size is not available, you will be contacted and refunded for your purchase if a suitable replacement cannot be found.
Please mark clearly on your invoice/packing slip that you wish to have an item exchanged and which size you would like to have the item exchange for. If this is not clearly marked there will be a delay in processing your exchange and may be processed as a refund.
