Christmas Deliveries & Extended Returns

Christmas is nearly here – to get your orders in time please check below to find out the last day you can shop in your country to receive your order before Christmas. Dates may be subject to unforeseen changes, so please check back as your delivery cut-off approaches.

UK CUSTOMERS

The cut off for UK NEXT WORKING DAY delivery is 12 noon Thursday 20th December.

The cut off for UK Standard Tracked Delivery (free for orders over £50) is 12 noon Wednesday 19th December.

Please note: Saturday delivery services will not be available over the holidays.

USA CUSTOMERS

Order before 12 noon (GMT) 19th December for pre-Christmas delivery.

EU CUSTOMERS

If you live in the EU we recommend placing your order before 12 noon (GMT) Wednesday 19th December.

REST OF THE WORLD

If you live outside of the UK, USA and EU we recommend placing your order before 12 noon (GMT) Thursday 13th December.

EXTENDED RETURNS

If you're worried about unwanted gifts don't sweat, we have extended our returns period and you have until the 31st of January 2019 to return items. Please note any items returned later than 31st January 2019 will be sent back to the customer. Applies to orders placed 15th November to 24th December only.

We offer a 28-day return policy for goods returned in perfect resalable condition.

Returns must be received at our warehouse returns department within 28 days of receipt, in a fully resalable condition. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our returns address. All items returned for refund must be complete with their Original Packaging and Swing Tags intact, and Cuff Tags on Jackets and Blazers must not be removed. We regret that any items returned that are not in a resalable condition or that have been worn, would be declined for refund and returned to you. 

UK Customers

UK customers can use our free Collect+ returns service to send items back to us.

Simply click here to request your returns label, print it, attach it to your package, and take it to your nearest Collect+ store. Please keep your proof of posting receipt until your return is confirmed as received and processed by customer care.

Please note: the biggest package you can send on this service is 60cm x 50cm x 50cm and it must weigh under 10KG. Contact us if you need to return a larger package.

You must complete our paper returns form and place it inside your package. To avoid delay please make sure you enter your full name and order number on your paper returns form, and clearly state on your returns form which item(s) you would like to send back for a refund. If you need a replacement Returns Form please get in touch here. Once received at our warehouse your refund may take up to 14 working days to be processed.

International Returns

If you are returning from the European Union, Australia, USA and the Rest of the World, it is your responsibility to return your goods to us using a safe and secure service (the Collect+ service cannot be used outside of the UK). Please use a tracked or signature service that allows you to obtain a tracking number. We cannot refund the cost of return postage. Please be aware that it can take up to two weeks (14 days) for us to receive a return from outside of the United Kingdom. Please keep your proof of posting receipt until your return is confirmed as received and processed by customer care.

You must complete our paper Returns Form and place it inside your package. To avoid delay please make sure you enter your full name and order number on your paper Returns Form, and clearly state on your returns form which item(s) you would like to send back for a refund. If you need a replacement Returns Form please get in touch here. Once received at our warehouse your refund may take up to 14 working days to be processed.

Spend More Save More Terms and Conditions

Our spend more save more codes require a minimum spend to be met for the discount code to be valid. If you use a spend more save more discount code, and subsequently return one or more items from your order, bringing the order value below the minimum spend, the terms of the minimum spend have no longer been met, and the amount you will be refunded may be adjusted.

An example is set out below:

You use a spend more save more code that offers a 10% discount when you spend a minimum of £100.

You order total is £200, you receive a discount of £20 and pay £180.

You return items worth £150 meaning you no longer qualify for the £100 minimum spend.

You fall short of the minimum spend by £50.

Your refund will be adjusted from £150 to £130.

Exchanges

We no longer offer an exchange service. If you need to change an item please send the unwanted item back for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
