RETURNS POLICY

Twisted Tailor are happy to offer a refund for items returned in a resalable condition. Returns must be received within 28 days of receipt and may take up to 14 working days to be processed.  CLICK HERE for our returns terms.

We use DPD as our courier to offer a multitude of UK delivery options, and express worldwide shipping.

Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse, it will be in the safe hands of DPD. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of your shipment and tracking number. You can track your order using your Twisted Tailor account or by using your tracking number on the DPD website.

If you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Friday, it will be processed and dispatched the same day. Ensure you order before this time if your order is time sensitive. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.

Please allow extra processing and delivery times during busy sale periods, when we will dispatch your orders as soon as possible.

Please be aware that all orders placed from outside of the European Union may be subject to an import tax charge. This is required by law. We cannot mark the value down of any packages nor give a speculative import tax charge value.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed & dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery options are limited for some UK postcodes. Non-mainland UK delivery prices are available at the checkout. A limited number of countries are banned outright for various reasons out of our control.
