**UPDATE** - CHRISTMAS DELIVERY & RETURNS

Good news! We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2016.    

Orders placed from 1st December 2016 through 24 December 2016 can be returned up until 31 January 2017 and are subject to our returns policy.

Shipping Details

We use UKMail and DHL as our couriers and offer a multitude of UK services, or an express worldwide service.

Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse, it is in the safe hands of UKMail or DHL.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of your shipment and tracking number. You can track your order using your Noose and Monkey account or by using your tracking number on your corresponding courier's websites.

If you place your order before 12pm, it will be processed the same day and dispatched. We begin to process orders at 12pm Monday - Friday. Ensure you order before this time if your order is time sensitive. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.

Please allow extra processing and delivery times during our sale periods. These times are extremely busy and we will dispatch your orders as soon as we possible can working around our processing times.

Please be aware that all orders placed from outside of the European Union may be subject to an import tax charge. This is required by law. We cannot mark the value down of any packages nor give a speculative import tax charge value.

Unfortunately, due to security issues, DHL cannot currently ship to Russia. We can not provide an alternative courier for Russian shipments. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
